Guest numbers and ages. The Creativity Set (£125) suits up to 10 children aged 0–4. The Party Set (£185) suits up to 20 children aged 0–5. The Mega Castle Set (£245) takes up to 25 children aged 1–6, and The Full Playroom (£395) combines our two biggest sets for up to 30.
Your venue size. The Creativity Set needs roughly 4m × 4m, the Party Set around 6m × 6m, the Mega Castle around 7m × 7m and The Full Playroom around 9m × 9m. Leave room around the set for parents to sit and supervise.
Your colour scheme. Sets come in pastel, white, grey and white, beige and white, or multicoloured, so the soft play can match your decorations.
Weddings. The Quiet Corner (£165) is a pastel or white set with a low-profile layout that suits a barn or reception room. Pair it with a flower wall backdrop (£250) from our sister company Starlight Flower Walls, built at the same time.
Nurseries and schools. Nursery Day Hire (£215) is built before you open and collected after close, with risk assessment and insurance documents supplied.

A simple plan for a Lancashire soft play party
- Two to three months before: book your venue and check your soft play date. Weekends between March and September usually go four to six weeks ahead.
- Once your date is confirmed: hold it with a £50 deposit. Deposits move free to a new date if plans change.
- One week before: confirm venue access times and share them with us.
- On the day: we build in the morning, you enjoy the party, and we collect that evening.

Is the equipment cleaned between hires?
Yes. Every piece is cleaned with a child-safe antibacterial solution after each hire and wiped again once built at your venue. Ball pit balls are washed between bookings.
