Order Cancellations
Cancellation of orders is feasible upon contact within an hour of the order placement. However, if the order has already been processed, produced, or shipped, cancellation cannot be granted.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the time you receive your purchase. After this time, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, it is essential that you send an email to our email address at info@childrenssoftplay.co.uk. This email should include your order number and additional details concerning the return. Once we receive this email, we will respond within 24 hours and grant approval for the return process to commence.
For your return to be qualified, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Additionally, it should be sent back in the original packaging. Kindly note that you should not send the item back to our vendors.
For the return shipping, contact us via email at info@childrenssoftplay.co.uk, and we will provide you with our UK returns address. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Any expenses incurred during the return process, such as rejecting delivery of a package or due to an incorrect delivery address, will not be refunded.
Please note that childrenssoftplay.co.uk will not take responsibility for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
In terms of refunds, we will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specific period.
